Someone told me that we should lead the people in every situation if we hope to success over all the leader. That strategic will push us to get higher success more than the normal leader that let other leader led, but I don’t think like that. I think that strategic is performing like the strategic of some game that we play. It is the Chess game. I love to play the Chess game, but I don’t like to apply it to my life. I preferred to apply the Go game in my life. The Chess game will result in the top point of the Pyramid, but the Go game results in the base of the top point. I never see the Pyramid without the base, but I ever see many of the bases of Pyramid without the top.
What is the Balance Scorecard? There are many websites that you can search out from the internet. In this post, I will not focus on explaining the theory of the Balance Scorecard. I will tell the stories that concerning with it. The way for understanding something is not only depending on the theory, but it can get from the reality life too. The Balance Scorecard often was looked in the very complicated process of getting all information, it used for analyzing information about the Business Management. But I will show you that it can apply to the daily life of us too.
What is the Kaizen? It is very close up to the PDCA that I posted. There are many websites that you can search out from the internet for understanding the theory of the Kaizen. But for my post, I will tell you about my experience, what I try to implement it to my team. It has to deploy the right step into the right situation at the right time for progressing a bit of a part of Kaizen on every day, every week and every year in order to reach the target.
There are 2 important things when you have to build your team, it is time controlling and communication. I will tell you about 2 teams that have the different skill of controlling and communication. The result of the project that both teams can create is not different, but it has different to the total time consume for finishing the same project. Why did it occur like that? If you ever been a project leader, you will know very that the time consumed is the very important part of the cost of any projects. How can we reduce time-consuming? That is my focus and became to the name of this post.
Our mankind history, it showed us that there are many people built many things for replacing the original things that did by the person at the first time. Nevertheless, it’s not including with the uncontrollable factor such as emotion, feeling, mindset etc. Everything that people try to replace the original with the new automatic thing have the same target which is time and cost saving. Can you think about the thing that you changed into yourself which you had to do it with longer time when compare with the old thing? Don’t reply me that you changed because it cuter, beautiful or you like. It’s belonging in the uncontrollable factor. I will tell you about some projects that replaced the old process and got the better result. I hope you will like it.
Since, I was starting to work from the age around 20 years old until today, I found a lot of problems which include of many problems of others people that asked me about their problems too. I never found that it had no solution to solving those problems. But I found some problems never been solved because the problem owner thought that they couldn’t get the result from solving that problem will not return the good result enough. So they did nothing on some problem and stay with those problems for a lime time ago. Is it curious that why did they live on those problems, why did they tried to solve it? In this post, I will tell you about some problem that has been solved already and sometimes we got the result which better we expected to get.
There are many questions about the system or the processes that we are concerning such as, Is it the best system for any kind the business?, Have it some weak point that should be improved? Can it reduce some process in order to get the better performance? etc. It seems to be those questions depend on the system’s results. What’s the next step when you get the result? You may satisfy with the result, but how do you know that is the best result? It is one important thing that can help you answer that question, it is the Reference. With it we can compare to the result that gets from the other systems or the other processes. Then we will know that our result is the best result or not.
What is a thing that you should remind yourself? It should be the thing that can push yourself or supply to your mind to stay on doing until you can get the successful. There are many persons that did something but can not finish it because they forgot that what is the purpose of the beginning that they did it. They may not forget but when the time pass, they have no inspire for continue doing the thing they start. What is the cause of this problem?
You can do many things on your life, but how many things that you can get successful on it. The result of the stuff that you did may useless or usefulness. What is the influent to the people mind for judging your results? Off course, it depends on the final of your accomplishment. But, how to judge that your result is the best accomplishment? You must compare your results of accomplishment with the others. How can you do the best thing? You must do it with the best skill. And how can you get the best skill? You must practice, practice and practice in order to increase you skill to the maximize that you can or anyone can.
There are a lot of problems that made you suffer from something that you should not deserve because you neglected to did updating. Sometimes you must pay your time to do something more than you have to because you did not update something that changed by yourself. You often think that you can remember the things that you just updated, and think that you will record it somewhere when you have a free time. Finally, you forgot it, then have to do it again with the equal time that you lost at the first done.
